Barn door stretch 🪴 This stretch can be done Barn door stretch 🪴 

This stretch can be done using one or both arms at a time. 

Stand in an open door way/on a corner wall. Raise each (or one) arm up to the side + bend at 90 degree angles. Step forward with one foot & feel the stretch in your shoulders + chest. 
Hold for 30 secs. 

Doing the barn door stretch regularly can help with the following: 
- improve posture 
- reduce rounded shoulders 
- stretch the pectoral muscles 
- increase range of motion in the shoulders
